Miss Koi Koi

Miss koi koi is an old tale told by female students who lived in school hostels across Nigeria. They claim that when they are asleep, they hear sounds of someone, as if walking in heels. So there was this feeling of fear when Miss Koi Koi’s stories were told back then.

 

This work tends to bring back that nostalgic feeling, of the good old days in school, and also portrays my thoughts/questions unanswered:-

• Did anyone ever get a glimpse of her? • What did she look like?

• Was she a student in the school? • Why walk in heels?

• She must be stylish to have walked in heels?

• Maybe they did spirit pageant and they needed a runway so they chose the hallway in girls hostel?
