Disney Kids

Growing up in the ancient city of Benin exposed me to seeing kids play and create fun and happiness for themselves. Kids were creators and inventors as everything found around was recycled to become an instrument to play with and have fun.

Boy and girls played together irrespective of gender, they preached gender equality unspoken.

 

Watching Hollywood movies exposed me to see that a recreational centre called Disneyland was built and is well curated with modern facilities and equipment's for kids to play and have the fun of their lives. with this body of work I choose to recreate that memory, and even though we don’t have a Disneyland in our cities, we knew how to create it, and put together materials, equipment's/machines to aid and facilitate and create all the fun we sort.
